Can We Bring Kids?
This is the #1 question we receive each year — and the answer is:

Yes. 

Yes! Hometown Festival welcomes families and guests of all ages. Enjoy seasonal activities, local food, artisan shopping, and live entertainment together.

The designated wine and spirits area is reserved for guests ages 21 and older with valid photo ID. Children and anyone under 21 are not permitted in that area.

Hometown Festival is a family-friendly fall celebration where neighbors and friends come together for local food, artisan shopping, live entertainment, and seasonal fun in Harleysville!

There’s something for every generation to enjoy:

Hometown Festival takes place at Daniel W. Roth Memorial Park, 355 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438.

The festival area is behind Care and Share, off Route 113, across from the Harleysville Post Office.

📧 Ticket Delivery
Once sales open, tickets will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Check that your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

Can’t find your confirmation?

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

2. Search your inbox for “Hometown Festival.”

3. If you still need help, email hometownfestivalpa@gmail.com with the name and email address used for your purchase.

🆘 Lost Your Ticket?
Contact us before the festival so we can help locate your order. If you need assistance upon arrival, visit the check-in team with your purchase name and order confirmation, if available.

General Admission includes entry to Hometown Festival, live entertainment, and family and community activities.

A Drink Ticket includes festival admission plus access to the designated 21+ adult beverage area. You must have a Drink Ticket and valid photo ID showing you are 21 or older to enter this area. General Admission alone does not include access.

Food, vendor merchandise, and any beverages or tastings not specifically included with your ticket are purchased separately. Full Drink Ticket details will be posted before sales open.

🚗 Parking is FREE!

Bring your products, food, or activities to Hometown Festival 2027! We welcome artisans, specialty food vendors, food trucks, local businesses, and community organizations.

To register:

1. Visit our Vendor Portal to review vendor options and requirements.

2. Complete the vendor application.

3. Complete checkout, if a fee applies, to submit your registration.

Vendor Approval
Previously approved vendors are automatically approved. New vendors will be contacted regarding approval. Submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

To offer guests a varied shopping experience, we do not accept duplicate vendors selling the same brand-name products.

We’re looking for local businesses and community organizations to help bring family fun to Hometown Festival 2027!

Host or sponsor an activity such as:

• 🏰 A bounce house

• 🎨 Face painting

• 🎃 Pumpkin painting or decorating

• 🖍️ Children’s crafts

• 🎯 Games and interactive activities

• 💃 Dance, karate, or other demonstrations

It’s a fun way to introduce your business to local families, connect with the community, and help create a memorable festival day.

🚫 Tickets Are Non-Refundable
All ticket sales are final. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or neighbor if your plans change and you can’t attend.
💡 Optional event insurance is also available at checkout.

☔ Rain or Shine!

The festival is planned as a rain-or-shine event. However, severe weather or unsafe conditions may require a delay, schedule change, or cancellation.

Our cancellation policy and how it affects tickets will be published before sales open. Check the website and festival social media for event-day updates.

Live Music
Enjoy music while you explore the festival, grab something delicious, and spend time with family and friends. Our 2027 performers and schedule will be announced as confirmed.

Bring your friendly competitive spirit! Challenge family and friends to favorites like giant Jenga and cornhole, with fun for a range of ages.

📸 Free Photo Booth
Capture a festival memory with fall-inspired props and a festive backdrop. Gather your family, strike a pose with friends, and take home a smile—at no extra charge!

Yes! Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome! Dogs must remain leashed and under their owner’s control at all times. Please clean up after your dog and bring supplies to keep them comfortable.

Hometown Festival takes place Saturday, October 9, 2027, in Harleysville, PA. Festival hours are 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Sign up for Festival Updates to hear the latest!

Children under age 3 attend FREE! Admission for seniors ages 65 and older is $10. Ticket pricing for all other ages will be posted before sales open.

These admission options do not include access to the 21+ adult beverage area. A Drink Ticket and valid photo ID showing you are 21 or older are required to enter that area.

Yes. Children may enter the beverage area when accompanied by an adult and must remain with that adult at all times.

Only guests ages 21 and older with a Drink Ticket and valid photo ID may participate in beverage tastings or consume alcohol.

The festival is outdoors. Details about walking surfaces, accessible routes, accessible parking, and drop-off locations are being confirmed and will be posted before tickets go on sale.
